Tiffany Ferlmann

Having a passion for helping others combined with a love for natural health care made creating The Shamrock a natural fit. Family has always been the heartbeat that gives purpose to Tiffany.

Starting The Shamrock, meant that it had to have a sense of family and home for the clients that walked through the door.

Movement is medicine, and if we unlock the keys to what our bodies need, our body can begin healing.

We want to live life the way we want….without hurting when doing the things that make living fun for us.

Bridging the gap between the gym and the healthcare system seemed like the answer to what our gym was missing.

This gives us the opportunity to truly help people move into their futures as their best self….which is what ignites the joy and fire within Tiffany.

Abigail Burnard; ?>

Abigail Burnard

Abby has grown up an athlete, excelling in Golf, Track & Field, and Basketball, while competing in numerous State Finals.

Having grown up playing sports, Abby knows what it is like to live a healthy (and fun) lifestyle.

Abby has had some serious injuries between her years in sports and from a motor vehicle accident. She knows what it’s like to have to sit out, be patient, and start over. Her injuries spurred her interest to learn more about the body and what it is capable of, injured, and or healthy. It’s her goal to help those who want to be better than who they were the day before and to always grow.

Conor Floyd; ?>

Conor Floyd

Growing up as a competitive wakeboarder and schoolboy rugby player, Coach Conor always had a passion for athlete progression and competition. His mindset switched, however, after undergoing knee surgery in September 2016, due to a ruptured ACL; he went from being competitive, to taking a step back to reflect and improve on long-term health and become more knowledgeable of injury prevention in the future. Spending 9 months in physical therapy, not being able to compete or train as consistently as he would have liked.

Coach Conor moved with his family from the UK to Winter Garden in 2018 and became a member of the Iron Shamrock family. He has progressed into a better athlete and a more well-rounded human. He has become a consistent friendly face to see on a Saturday morning. Come out and enjoy a morning workout with good people and an even better old-school rock playlist!

Alec Ferlmann; ?>

Alec Ferlmann

Alec grew up with a very active lifestyle. Alec has golfed his whole life and loves playing basketball and volleyball. He won state in basketball when he was 13. He did have to stop playing golf for a couple of years because his spine got pulled to the side but with personal training, he is back to playing whenever he wants.

Growing up with such an active childhood, it only made sense that he would enjoy being part of the gym at The Shamrock. Originally from Illinois, Alec decided to attend UCF and liked being in Florida. He decided to stay and help his family with running the gym.

Alec typically does administrative work for the gym and is often the first person that a new member talks to. He loves being able to guide people in the correct direction that they need to go to become healthy or even just stay healthy. Helping people has always been one of Alec’s greatest wishes, and he gets to do that at the gym, every day.

Joao Raspo

My name is Joao Raposo. My fitness journey started when I was a little kid by playing any sport that I could. Around 2020 I was invited to go to a gym for an experimental class. It was the first time I felt part of a community that had that sense of accomplishment on every single lift made in class.

That’s when I decided to change my perspective and make fitness my lifestyle. I’ve been coaching at The Shamrock since, the best part about being a coach is to see the athletes progress and get stronger, both physically and mentally.
