The Personal Assessment should take approximately 30 minutes and you will be with one of our certified coaches going over some basic movements so we can assess your Range of Motion.
Once that is complete we will consult with you on our recommendation for the number of “On-Ramp” classes you should take. An On-Ramp class is a Foundation Class that is semi-private (1-3 people tops) to give you an idea of the type of workouts and programming you will be going through at our gym.
